The hotel's location in the heart of the Kasbah was perfect for exploring the city. It was close enough to the main square, allowing me to reach Jma el Fna square with just a 15 to 20-minute walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed.
Nothing to mention.

Everything about the Riad Dubai was top notch. The owner, Said, went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience (from booking excursions, to giving us a crucial induction to the mayhem that is Marrakech). Would thoroughly recommend.

The Riad Dubai is in the Old City, not in the middle of all the hassel of the square. But all the sites were easy to access and to find your way back thanks to the owners system of land marks. The Riad arranged our taxi from the Airport and the boys where a the city gate to collect us and our bags. There may be bigger and better Riads but not at the price and breakfast on the roof terrace. We would go back no problem.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling El-Fna square and close to shops and markets. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing helpful suggestions for excursions and ensuring my transport was always sorted. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything to fault.

It's just a door in a wall inside the old Medina, but once inside the welcome was great. They couldn't have done more to help us find our way round Marrakech and sort out any queries we had. It was small and attractively decorated with a roof area with seating. A particular advantage is the ease of access from the airport while still being in walking distance from the main square and souk.
You can't park the car outside and we had to pay a small amount to leave it in a nearby car park, but this wasn't a problem and shouldn't put anyone off staying in this lovely hotel.

We loved our time in the Riad Dubai, because the staff was absolutely perfect. The service was always quick & easy. And also travelling with a 1 1/2 year old we found it a wonderful place to stay & retreat. We had lovely breakfasts on the terrace and romantic gourmet dinners in the dining area (it was still a bit cool when we were there) while little one was sleeping in earshot in our room. It's a very interesting 20min walk to the main square if you go the back streets were also wonderful street food can be purchased.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to the famous square and all the central areas. You can easily walk to many of the attractions in the city. the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to rest after a long day of exploring.
The rooftop seating area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Salid and Mustafa are very helpful and friendly to us: they brought and cooked dinner for us as we wished. The Riad is located near the block Kasbah and the airport. We were impressed by the staffs and thanks again for your efforts and good works!

The young staff were excellent.
The young staff excellent, but did not like the stench of the drains in the room, the shower plug hole with long hair in it which did make it differcult fot the water to drain away. We stayed in 4 riads while in Morrocco and this is the only one, I will not consider going back to.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Marrakesh, and there were a few positive aspects that stood out. the staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major sights and within walking distance of the main square. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere. Lastly, I enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the hotel. It was a great place to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and beautiful views of the city.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par.

The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
there could have been some variation on the breakfasts. They were good but the same everyday. Perhaps the basic meal with one different "addition" each day.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location was perfect, allowing me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the local area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Despite being a budget-friendly option, this hotel offered great value for money, providing all the basic amenities one would need.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't fault anything.
